In charge of teaching new hires, keeping files on the different stages of training, grading tests, and interactive training on the floor. Assisted in helping adjust new quizzes and paperwork four times a year with menu changes(done seasonally). Was often named “Employee of the month.” Won numerous sales contests in store, and a few company wide.

Responsible for day-to-day operations, including bookkeeping, writing schedules, maintaining food and labor costs, keeping up-to-date P&L sheets, tracking inventory and ordering, and managing staff. Trained all new employees at the store, teaching cooks how to flip pizzas, and delivery drivers how to use computers to find their routes. Helped create and maintain a hotel Rewards System.

Helped in writing schedules, maintaining inventory, assisted in health and safety practices. Also worked as the Head Grill Cook, working to maintain food and labor costs. Was able and willing to work every station, including the front register.
